Reiki Level I - £150 - 2 days

I teach Reiki level I over two days: We begin our training with an introduction to general energy theory, including Reiki and the human energy body. We look at the human auras and the chakras and gain an understanding of how our emotions and experiences in life are stored in the human body. We look at ways of finding our stresses and tensions in the body and how to release them.
You will learn how to detect auras using dowsing rods, and how to sense them with your hands, also how to sweep the aura. You will also learn about focus and intent and how our thoughts affect how we physically feel, and how this affects our aura and the auras of others. You learn how to protect your energy from other peoples energies.

During the rest of the course we cover the history and origins of Reiki, discover what healing is, deal with the physical and metaphysical causes of illness and wellness, and the need for energy cleansing in healing work. We will demonstrate some standard hand positions and how to give self healing and also healing to family and friends. Although it is good practice to work intuitively, and that will come with time, it is reassuring to begin with to have some basic guidelines to follow! You will get to give a healing and also will receive one, along with feedback and recommendations.

We will also talk about balancing and energizing the aura, and 'scanning' with your hands. You will practice these techniques on each other, and we will give you feedback on what you have done and noticed. We also look at Reiki for animals, plants and food and drinks – we even experiment with Reiki and water.

During the training you will receive attunements to Reiki energy, we also finish the course with a beautiful healing attunement.

Reiki attunements are a healing in their own right - (spiritual empowerments from ancient Eastern traditions) which opens up your inner healing channel, allowing the Reiki energy to flow through you. This attunement process makes Reiki unique and is the reason why the ability to heal can be developed so quickly yet so permanently. It activates a channel through which the Reiki healing energy can flow, and once you have been attuned you will always be able to use Reiki - the ability to channel Reiki doesn’t wear off or wear out, and the supply is inexhaustible!! From then on, whenever you want to use Reiki for self-healing or treating others, simply thinking about it and intending to let the Reiki flow, or holding your hands out in readiness to use it, will activate it – there are no complicated rituals to follow.

This may be the start of a beautiful spiritual journey for some people and there is a comprehensive Recommended Reading list supplied to help you on your journey.

You will receive a comprehensive course manual covering everything we do on the course, and a Reiki First Degree Certificate.

Reiki II £180 – 2 days

As part of the training each student is expected to complete five case studies. The Reiki Second Degree certificate is not awarded until these have been checked and approved.
This second level course is for people who want to extend their healing skills and deepen their understanding of Reiki and its uses for healing and spiritual development, whether for their own self-healing and personal growth, or as a professional Practitioner Level qualification. The minimum prerequisite qualification is that students must have done a Reiki First Degree course already, at least 3 months beforehand, and must have some experience of using Reiki for self-treatment.

The Reiki Second Degree course is for people who want to deepen their understanding of Reiki and its uses for healing and spiritual development. You will receive an attunement to increase your inner channel.
You are taught how to draw and use three sacred Reiki Symbols and their mantras (sacred names):
o The Power (or Focus) Symbol;
o The Harmony (or Mental & Emotional) Symbol;
o and the Distant (or Connection) SymboL;

We will look at the sacredness of the Reiki symbols and will be discussing and practicing a range of powerful techniques which use these symbols. You will learn how to work intuitively, how to scan the human energy and detect imbalances, learn how to do a special form of hands-on treatment for deep healing of the mental and emotional causes of disease, and several forms of distant healing which enable you to “send” a full Reiki treatment to anyone, anywhere, at any time, with the same effectiveness as if that person was with you.
In addition we cover psychic protection, energy cleansing for yourself and for space clearing, healing personal issues, sending Reiki to the past and the future, using Reiki with crystals, and empowering goals and affirmations.
There will be some meditation, demonstrations and practical sessions individually and in pairs for both hands-on and distant treatments, and time to practice and understand the other techniques. A comprehensive manual is supplied and a Reiki Level II certificate provided on completion of five case studies.
We will also look at the issues involved in setting up your own practice, legalities, client information, insurance etc.

Reiki Level 3 Master

You will learn the Reiki Master symbols and how to work with them. Enabling you to open more and more to the limitless potential of Reiki and to develop in yourself the qualities that are available in Reiki energy. You will gain a greater understanding of the Chakras and the Aura. You will also learn how to clear blockages on all levels and also learn how to clear and repair the aura.

Duration 2 days. Cost £190.

Reiki Master Teacher course

This course is for those wanting to teach Reiki. You will learn how to structure course content, complete attunements, market your business and deal with matters that come up.

Duration 1 day. Cost £155.

Reiki Level 3 (Master) Spiritual Development Course

Dates by arrangement, please call for details.

This course is only for those interested in being serious healers or seriously interested in healing themselves. It is run over a period of eight months with monthly full day sessions (8 days of training in total). It requires a commitment for daily exercises and assignments over the duration of the course. Through the daily routines you will learn how to more effectively channel healing energy, clear your own blockages and embody the Reiki principles so that you can become a true ' Reiki Master'.

This course is expected to be a healing journey for all those taking part. It will give you the tools to help you identify anything that is holding you back from being your true self. You will learn exercises to bring more energy into your body, which, over a period of time will increase your sensitivity to energy. This will give you the basis for increasing all your senses and intuition

• You will look in depth at how we can heal through the chakra system. You will learn basic physiology of the body
• You will learn to improve your self esteem, stand in your personal power, release attachments(cord cutting) and forgive others so you can embrace the Reiki principles
• You will experience meditations to connect to your healing guides and angels
You will learn techniques which will help you release old blocked emotions, and also learn how to work intensively with your inner child and shadow self
You will learn how to heal body, mind, heart and soul
• You will learn the Reiki Master symbols and how to work with them.

The aim of the course is so that you heal not just through your hands but with your thinking, feeling, energy, behaviour and way of living. You will have the tools to become a true 'Reiki Master'.
